Knowledge is departing businesses at an alarming rate

We are more accepting of working from home. We have used and adapted to video conferencing (MS Teams, Zoom etc.). We enjoy the extra family time rather than the commuting grind.


A new world is dawning for many businesses. The NEED to travel will be greatly reduced.


We are also seeing the gig economy forcing its way into businesses. Firstly what is the gig economy - The gig economy gets its name from each piece of work being akin to an individual 'gig' – although, such work can fall under multiple names. It has previously been called the "sharing economy" — mostly in reference to platforms such as Airbnb — and the "collaborative economy"


Businesses are looking to engage with subject mater experts rather than having full-time generalists.
