We are excited about attending this years GBTA conference in San Diego. There are so many new, innovative and disruptive ideas hitting the business travel category.

Travel management companies (TMC's) are trying to align their value add propositions to ensure they remain a vital part of the ecosystem. Airlines are grappling with the New Distribution Capability 'opportunity' to see how it will best suit their strategy in direct connect and not just adding complexity to the sales process. Hotels are battling the power of online booking tools who now have such massive reach and directional selling ability.
