Customer service

A guy sat next to us this morning was amazed when the cafe staff said "We believe its your birthday today. Here's a small birthday present from us" and they gave him a lovely card with a £5 voucher.

Not only was the guy blown away but all the other customers also smiled.

Easy customer service is recognising each customer as an individual.
