Excited to having been invited to present an educational session at this years GBTA conference.

Today's travel program and traveler - dealing with new technology and situations.

Interactive session to work through how a travellers trip can present many challenges. As a travel manager you will go away with deeper understanding of potential issues and how you can prepare better. Using real-life situations you will engage with other travel professionals to share ideas and solutions. This session has been run at an Australian Higher Education conference and received rave reviews. In a round-table format each person has a specific role and suppliers in the room can be actively involved as subject matter experts. Then we put forward fast happening issues a traveler encounters to test our policy & back-ups. Engaging and inspiring session that gets the audience involved and they learn from each other as well as taking away new solutions and ideas for their business.
