This week we conducted a day's training for a travel management company for their account management, senior management, event manager and IT manager. The course included presenting, negotiating and relationship building.
Thank you for coming in today. I know I speak for everyone when I say we really appreciated the course and we have taken away many improvements in the way we deliver our presentations moving forward. I personally believe you have helped me identify a few problem areas. After today's session I now have the tools to deliver and close a great presentation with confidence.
We also had two presentation training days in Sydney, one a starter course and the other an advanced session. There was a mix of travel management companies, travel agencies, wholesalers, tour operators, hoteliers and travel technology companies.
Again the engagement was unbelievable and such a positive vibe. Various soft-sell techniques were discussed and here was feedback from one of the participants;
Last night I performed an impromptu sandwich sell on my wife. She did not see what I had done I felt so good in achieving this.
XXX and I were walking to the train station last night discussing your course, the content and your delivery. We thought it was brilliant and again would like to illustrate a huge congratulations to you. One of the best courses I have attended.
Although more of an indirect spin off from your course content I have been thinking about how to express myself in a positive light instead of expressing it in a negative. This has helped already with my relationship at home.
