We are conducting a number of one-day presentation training courses for the travel industry.
Our trainer is Richard Savva, former CEO of Voyager Travel with over 20 years of hands-on travel industry knowledge. Earlier this year he was asked by AFTA to be on a judging panel for a number of the categories in the National Travel Industry Awards
The starter course is for those who are new to presenting or need to gain more confidence. We will cover off many aspects of preparing for the presentation, using technology and controlling the audience. This one day course can be taken on either 18th or 25th July in Melbourne and 16th August in Sydney.
The advanced course will give more sales techniques, working as a team and dealing with tough questions. This course is a natural progression from the starter course and runs on both 19th and 26th July in Melbourne and 17th August in Sydney.
These are not the old fashioned lecturing sessions. You will learn by sharing, engaging and leave the day with relevant techniques to use the very next day.
