About the event

The interactive  full day training is aimed for give you more sales techniques to use, insight to better team work and dealing with tough questions. This course is a perfect way to improve on current experience and ensure you are maximising every client and sales opportunity.

A presentation and meeting can involve a large audience, small gathering and even a one-on-one situation. We give insight, advice and real-life experiences to learn from.

Our trainer, Richard Savva, has over 25 years travel and tourism experience and has been involved in 100's of internal and client presentations. In addition he has been an AFTA judge for the prestigious NTIA awards.
